Location is very close to the city center and to our daughter's student accommodation. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

This is the second time I had stayed at the hotel with my partner and we love it and would return without a doubt. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the rooms are luxurious and spotlessly clean, facilities are great too (great shower pressure and temperature, comfy bed, coffee machine etc) and the price is really good for central Leicester with free car parking! I would recommend booking!

We had a very nice room and the hotel is ideally situated in the city centre..

The ANPR system in the car park failed to recognise our registration number but this was quickly rectified by the receptionist.

Excellent place to stay in Leicester. We had a lovely view of the cathedral and we were just a few steps from the Richard III experience. There are plenty of good places for breakfast and evening meals. Our room was very comfortable with an excellent shower. Parking was included too which was a real boon in the centre of Leicester. A perfect place to stay for our short break.

Excellent central location by the cathedral but quiet streets at night. The management and reception were very helpful and replied to our requests for a top floor quiet room and no feather bedding. Room was comfortable, very clean and looked newly furnished and the bathroom was very clean and spacious. Would recommend for a good night’s sleep and easy parking and access on foot to town. The lift was out of order but we were offered help with the luggage if we needed it.

Only negative no privacy bathroom area especially lavatory. However we still had a lovely time
