Everything, love this place. From the smell when you walk in, to the fabulous rooms, an the exceptional service the team provide, warm, welcoming an professional. Love it.

staff are great , welcoming and amazing , i have been coming here now for work now for 2 days per week for 9 months now and the rooms are always warm , clear an comfy . 100% i find no where better, very close to all the bars ,shops and restaurants.

It's a gorgeous place to stay. The rooms are lovely and the attention to detail is excellent.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful, particularly the night porter. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 3.30 in the morning and he took good care of us upon our arrival, which we very much appreciated. Staff in general was very professional and very kind. and we enjoyed our stay although it was very short and would definitely go back if we pass by Leicester again.

The room was beautiful in a lovely area of Leicester. We were attending a wedding at the Guildhall and it was the perfect location to the venue. It was clean, lovely big fluffy towels, great shower. Everything was perfect, check in and checkout was straightforward too.

Friendly and very helpfull staff , superb location and free parking adjacent to the hotel..

Fire alarm at going off at 9:15am ...but not the hotels fault. At least we know it works. Apparently steam from one of the showers had set it off.

Location central to town, clean, decor, friendly clear communication via email and in person. The cookies are fabulous, extra packet next time pls.

I love staying here. It's beautifully laid out inside, the rooms are really nice and super well equipped. But most of all, the team at St Martins are fabulous. They know be name and are always really welcoming. I always sleep like a log when I stay here. I recommended it to the company I work for 18 months ago and they use it for all stays in Leicester.

I stay here very regularly and will do so much more over the coming months. This is a lovely place to stay, the rooms are very very comfortable, super clean and classy with it. The team that arranges my stays when I need them are second to none, and I always know they are on hand should I need anything. This is my go to for stays not just in Leicester but anywhere in the wider area. I recommended it to the company I work for and they book here for any of the companies stays.

Perfect location for KR111 exhibition and Cathedral. Very clean and comfortable bed. Free water a bonus and proper coffee machine.. love not to have to rush for for breakfast as you can eat in the city at your leisure. If I ever need to recommend somewhere to to stay it would definitely get my vote. S Sims
