Upon checking in you will need to provide a credit/debit card for us to pre authorise to the value of £1.00, this needs to be a pin entry pre authorisation and cant be used with apple or anrdoid pay.

This pre auth is taken for any incedentals that may occur during your stay, the payment will held in your bank for 72 hours and will release automatically. 

1 - St Martins Lodge is a fully non-smoking hotel, any person(s) found smoking will be asked to leave immediately and a smoking charge of £250 will be applied to the credit/debit card you pre authorised when you checked in. If any evidence of smoking is found in your room on departure again a charge of £250 will be charged this is for the fumigation and deep cleaning of the room. This also goes for the misuse of drugs such as cannnabis, if this is smelt during the stay you will be asked to leave the hotel and a charge for the cleaning of the room will be applied. 

2 – All our rooms are supplied with “White Company” toiletries, our bottles are filled up each day prior to guest arrival and are checked by the housekeeping team. Should these bottles wish to be purchased please contact reception, these are charged at £20 per bottle. If these bottles are taken a charge will be applied to the credit/debit card you pre authorised when you checked in. 

3 – Our rooms with baths are provided with dressing gowns in the wardrobe, these are free to use during the stay however if you would like to buy one please contact reception who will have a new one delivered to your room, these are charged at £40 per gown, if the ones are taken from the room a £35 charge will be applied to the credit/debit card you pre authorised when you checked in.
