What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
The property was lovely, it took a bit of finding my way around, but it was well signposted. It was a very good location for everything I needed. The shower was great, the room didn't have a dressing gown, which I think was mentioned somewhere that it would, but as there was no fire alarm, I didn't need it! Breakfast is not included, and I glad I realised that and took some porridge pots to get me started for the day.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
I'm not a fan of sterilised milk, but it was better than the plastic packets, and was readily replenished when needed. I could have asked for peppermint tea and replenished early grey, but as I'd taken my own, I didn't bother. Peppermint tea was found and put out after I'd asked for it at the conference hall, which I was grateful for as I'd left mine in my room.

Beautiful place and we really enjoyed our stay. Luxury feel about the place. Location was perfect too. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Small gripe but the open plan toilet layout was not to our taste if you know what I mean

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
It was an ideal location for both the conference that I was attending and the many nearby bars and eateries. My room was very quiet at the back of the lodge and I was not aware of the cathedral clock chiming. Architectural style is wonderful.

Nothing to comment on adversely, even though checking in is across the road it isn’t really an inconvenience.

Extremely comfortable, perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff. I have stayed with you before, and will definitely be returning again!

The room is very clean. Location was excellent.

Lack of breakfast included makes the money for value not great. The room got noisy in the middle of the night.

Central location. Very friendly staff. Good facilities

This was our second visit to St Martins and whilst we enjoyed our stay, we would not wish to book into room 9 again as we did not like the bathroom lay out. The open plan bathroom was not for us .

It was a beautiful room, nice and spacious and very quiet. The bathroom was just stunning especially the bath which I enjoyed a lovely long soak in. The location is fantastic lots of history around that location. Lots of places to eat and drink.

It was a little gem. Last minute booking. Very reasonable price. The room was lovely and opposite the Cathedral! Bathroom was beautiful stylish, shower was great, water very hot though so beware. Fridge, complimentary water, a safe, an ironing board and a decent hairdryer. Honestly it was lovely and we’re planning on staying again. A drinks menu but no meals. Plenty of information provided however with regard to where you could find a good breakfast etc. It’s adjacent to what I’ll call the foodie area of Leicester plenty of choice.

Water was very hot perhaps needs adjusting, not a problem with shower just the sink.

Proximity to the town center, clean rooms.

Room was smaller than expected, ventilation is poor. Rooms get stuffy.
