If using Sat Nav, please enter the postcode LE1 5NR. This will bring you to New Street/St Martins Lodge car park.
PLEASE NOTE that Reception and Check-in are located directly opposite St Martins Lodge at St Martins House, 7 Peacock Lane LE1 5PZ which is the building to the left of Leicester Cathedral.
Car Parking
Car parking is located behind St Martins Lodge in our car park located on New Street. This is free of charge to guests.
From the South
Leicester is located just off the M1. Exit at Junction 21 signposted M69 and Leicester. Follow signs for A5460 towards Leicester City Centre. After approx 3 miles follow signs for Castle Gardens and Highcross. Arrive at St Nicholas Circle where there is an NCP car park should you wish to park there, located in the centre of St Nicholas Circle. Alternatively, take the 3rd exit around St Nicholas Circle roundabout towards Peacock Lane.
Then, to reach the car park for St Martins Lodge, pass the end of Peacock Lane turning to the right, then left and left again into New Street. St Martins Lodge is at the end on the left.
From the North
Leicester is located just off the M1. Exit the M1 at Junction 22 and join the A50. Follow the A50 for approx 8 miles, then follow signs for the A47 (Hinckley).
You will arrive at a junction with Highcross straight ahead.
Take the left lane to avoid the underpass which leads up to St Nicholas Circle where there is an NCP Car Park. Turn left after Jubliee Square towards Peacock Lane.
Arriving by Train
Leicester is on the East Midlands Mainline route and takes approximately 1hr 10min from London St Pancras.
A taxi from the station will take approx 10 minutes.
We are a 15 minute easy walk from the station.
You can also take the new FREE Hop! electric bus service launched on 3rd April 2023, looping the City Centre and taking 10 minutes from Leicester Train Station to St Nicholas Circle (5 minute walk from St Martins Lodge). Operating every 10 minutes Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays) from 8am to 6pm.
