We liked the excellent location which was opposite the cathedral.and very close to the centre of the town. The car park was free and adjoining the hotel so we could see our car from the bedroom window. The bed was comfy and both the room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. We were also very impressed with the reception staff who were most helpful and friendly.

There was nothing we disliked about our stay at St Martin’s Lodge and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you

Quiet location. Very spacious and well appointed room. Comfortable bed and pillows. High standard of furnishings and cleanliness. High quality tea/coffee.

Could have had a more comfortable armchair or sofa in the room.

amazing room very big for price, near local events and shops. Really enjoyed my stay very happy.

Only thing I can think of is maybe a bigger wardrobe for longer stays it was a tight fit.

Room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Liked you could see the Richard III burial site from our bathroom window! Everyone a sociated with this place was helpfully and friendly.

Nice decor, central location, comfortable bed, quality bathroom 20% off certain restaurants Useful to have a fridge Wold stay again

Shower difficult to use and not spray water all over floor. Very small room..large chair but nowhere to place a suitcase

The room was beautiful. Car park on site. . Ease of booking. Very central, right opposite the cathedral. I have tried to mark the above stars but couldn’t get it to work. I would have rated every category as excellent.

Every flavour of coffee but only basic tea bags. We tea drinkers would like a choice, decaf especially.

The canned water tastes funny but it was a nice gesture and could just be personal taste

Have stayed here a few times now as we know how good it is. We stay here to go and watch the rugby just sown the road, we stay here as in the evening it is central to restaurants or place to have drink, also great for a 2 minute walk to sit and have a breakfast before leaving. Will definitely be back.
