Stay Safe with Confidence at St Martins Lodge

St Martins Lodge offers non-serviced accommodation enabling guests to maintain social distancing. With 28 luxury bedrooms, including a top floor executive suite, guests will be able to stay safe with confidence.
We have set out some guidelines to keep everyone safe. These guidelines detail the specific measures that we are taking to ensure that your stay with us is as enjoyable as possible but all focussed on keeping you, along with our hard working and extremely dedicated team members safe.
As always, we take great care in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout St Martins Lodge. However, in light of COVID-19, we’ve introduced a range of cleaning protocols, in addition to our already thorough processes, to ensure you enjoy a safe and stress-free stay with us.
GUEST CHECK-IN AT ST MARTINS LODGE
We’ve increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitising of all surfaces in our reception area located at St Martins House, adjacent to St Martins Lodge, for guest check-in.
Hand sanitiser stations including electronic touch-free stations, are available on entrance to the reception and St Martins Lodge for both guests and team members.
Please adhere to social distancing guidelines wherever possible.
We have put protective screens in place on our reception desk.
We’re encouraging contactless payments. The chip & pin machines will be sanitised after every use.
Room Key Cards
Room key cards will be sanitised after use.
On top of our already rigorous cleaning processes, new bedroom cleaning protocols are in place with additional sanitising procedures implemented in our guest rooms, after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with increased attention paid to hard and high-touch surfaces.
3 Day Break
Once a guest checks out, we will leave their room vacant for 3 days before deep cleaning ahead of a new arrival.
To limit contact, we won’t be servicing a room during a guest’s stay.
All housekeeping team members will wear appropriate PPE.
High-touch areas such as bathrooms and remote controls will be sanitised.
Mattress toppers, pillows and duvets changed after each room occupancy.
Loose items such as pens and note pads will be removed from rooms.
We shall cease to provide single use toiletries.
There will be hand sanitiser units and anti-bac wipes available in all guest rooms.
Fresh Towels & Linen
Sealed plastic bags will be provided to put soiled linen and towels in and left outside the room. Fresh towels and linen will be provided to replace these.
Continental Breakfast Bags
If pre-ordered, continental breakfast bags will be left outside of the bedroom door ready for the morning.
